1971: Purchase of a small shopping centre located at 22, des Flandres, Touraine, which was extended to become today’s Centre d’achats Riviera

From capital acquisitions to building constructions, Eugène Tassé remains very active. This photograph taken in 1984 shows the construction of the buildings located at 4 to 16, rue des Flandres.

 

 

1999: Construction of the building located at 545,
Pointe-Gatineau, adding a 4th residential building to the three previously purchased in 1997 and already part of the Place du Progrès project.

2002: Following the three extension projects to the shopping centre located at 22, des Flandres, the large bingo hall is converted into 20 dwelling units.
